FOUNDING MYTH
The agencies within the communication scenery are a world in it´s own, a microcosm, which just like states and nations, needs to be somehow ruled.
Over the years, certain styles of governance and forms of government have emerged, which follow different philosophies:
The monarchies:
Godlike, the agency chief basks in one´s success, wants at the same time to be loved by his subjects and thinks that he represents his empire in the best way, by travelling with his private helicopter from one very important meeting to the other.
The dictatorships:
The goal of the agency dictator is to propagate fear and terror, to secure his position as indefeasible. He wants to be feared and monitors his staff members closely, in order to not lose control over things.
The anarchies:
For the anarchistic founder of the agency any form of direction is strange, since authority limits the associativity and creativity. The missing of hierarchies often leads to chaotic operating processes and to broken appointments.
This situation was by no means satisfying, since a lot of companies were not able to find the right form of government for their agency.
It was about time to bring an agency into being, which orientates on the welfare and which cooperates with clients as well as with staff at eye level. An agency, that will revolutionize the world of communication -
